Alec Pierce (ankle) cleared for Colts' Week 10 game
Indianapolis Colts wideout Alec Pierce (ankle) will play in the team's Week 10 game against the New England Patriots.
Pierce picked up an ankle injury during the week that led to him earning a questionable tag heading into this morning's game, but the explosive second year wideout will suit up despite his ailment. He is a physical mismatch for the Patriots' banged up defense, though hasn't exceeded 53 receiving yards in a game yet this year.
Pierce has a $5,100 salary and is projected for 5.8 FanDuel points, with 2.5 receptions for 35.4 yards and 0.2 touchdowns. While he did not catch any passes last week after Josh Downs (knee) exited the contest early, he could see a bump in production this week if Downs is still limited by his injury.
