Colts' Zack Moss set for increased role with Jonathan Taylor (thumb) sidelined

Indianapolis Colts running back Zack Moss is set for a featured role with Jonathan Taylor sidelined with a thumb injury.

What It Means:

Moss was excellent for Indianapolis while Taylor was sidelined earlier this season. Once Taylor returned, Moss' weekly opportunities began to decline and reached a low point in Week 10, when he saw just one carry against New England. With Taylor now expected to miss at least two weeks with a thumb injury, look for Moss to once again effectively lead the Colts backfield. Despite splitting work with Taylor for part of the season, Moss ranks tenth in rushing yards (672) and is averaging 4.8 yards per carry. Against the Tennessee Titans in Week 13, our models expect hm to handle 18.3 carries and catch 2.0 passes.

Moss' Week 13 projection includes 76.1 rushing yards, 15.1 receiving yards, 0.62 total touchdowns, and 13.9 FanDuel points. His salary is $5,600.
