Houston's C.J. Stroud (concussion) ruled out in Week 15
Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion) will not play in Week 15's game against the Tennessee Titans.
What It Means:
Stroud will not be available after he did not travel with the Texans to Tennessee and was downgraded from doubtful to out.
Expect Case Keenum to start under center and make his first appearance this season on Sunday.
