Keenan Allen (heel) kept out of Chargers practice again Wednesday
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (heel) is not practicing on Wednesday for Week 16 versus the Buffalo Bills.
Allen has been absent since injuring his heel in Week 14 versus the Denver Broncos. He will likely need to get in some work on Thursday in order to play in Saturday's game against the Bills. Quentin Johnston, Joshua Palmer, Alex Erickson, and Jalen Guyton will handle the receiver routes for the Chargers if Allen is unable to play.
The Bills are allowing the 10th-fewest FanDuel points per game to wide receivers this season and their pass defense is No. 9 in numberFire's opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
