Packers' Christian Watson (hamstring) officially inactive for Week 16
The Green Bay Packers listed wide receiver Christian Watson (hamstring) among their inactives for their Week 16 game against the Carolina Panthers.
Watson will need at least one more week to recover from his most recent hamstring injury, bringing his missed games total up to six on the year. The former second-round pick could still help the Packers if they make the playoffs, but his second season is looking a bit like a lost year.
With both Watson and Jayden Reed (toe/chest) out, expect the Packers to lean on Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks in the passing game. Doubs has a $5,700 salary on FanDuel and is projected for 7.4 fantasy points, while Wicks has a $5,400 salary and is slated for 7.6 points.
