David Njoku (illness) sitting out Browns practice Wednesday
Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku (illness) is not practicing on Wednesday for Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Njoku has multiple days to recover before Sunday's game in Cincinnati, but he could be rested with Joe Flacco and other starters. Amari Cooper (heel) and Elijah Moore (concussion) are also candidates to be held out for the final game of the regular season. Harrison Bryant and Jordan Akins will play more snaps if Njoku is inactive.
The Bengals offer a plus matchup for the Browns' tight ends, as they are allowing the third-most FanDuel points per game to the position this season.
