Curtis Samuel (hamstring) sitting out Thursday for Commanders
Washington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel (hamstring) is not practicing on Thursday for Week 18 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Samuel was a full participant on Wednesday, so the Commanders could be giving him a veteran maintenance day. Dyami Brown might be asked to play more snaps if Samuel is sidelined on Sunday in Washington.
Samuel is the WR28 in numberFire's Week 18 rankings and our models project him for 8.2 FanDuel points, with 6.4 targets, 4.1 receptions, and 45.6 yards. The Cowboys are allowing the sixth-fewest FanDuel points per game to wideouts and they also have the sixth-best pass defense in the league, according to our opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
