Joe Mixon (illness) good to go Sunday for Bengals
Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (illness) is available for Week 18 against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Mixon missed practice on Thursday with an illness, but he doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's contest. The Bengals have been eliminated from playoff contention, so it's possible that rookie fifth-round pick Chase Brown is more involved than usual.
Mixon is the RB8 in numberFire's Week 18 rankings and our models project him for 14.0 FanDuel points, with 16.8 carries, 68.5 rushing yards, 2.4 receptions, and 17.5 receiving yards. The Browns have the seventh-best run defense in the NFL this season, according to our opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
