Marvin Jones making big strides at Lions' OTAs
Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones had a strong offseason, head coach Jim Caldwell said.
"He's really had a good spring. This guy is right there on the verge of maintaining that kind of explosive start he had last year," said Caldwell. Jones worked with former NFL star Randy Moss this offseason to improve his route running. There’s some breakout appeal to Jones, but rookie Kenny Golladay and tight end Eric Ebron are going to cut into his 2017 targets.
Our models project Jones for 734 receiving yards and 4.47 touchdowns on 53 receptions in 2017.
