Allen Robinson reportedly agrees to 3-year, $42 million contract with Bears
The Chicago Bears signed wide receiver Allen Robinson, formerly of the Jacksonville Jaguars, to a 3-year, $42 million contract, reports Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Despite coming off a torn ACL, Robinson will be just 25 this season and has already proven to be an All-Pro talent at his position when healthy. Robinson should have no problem dominating targets for a Bears team that had arguably the worst group of wide receivers in the league last season.
In his two healthy seasons (2015-2016) for the Jags, Robinson hauled in a total of 153 catches (302 targets) for 2,283 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns.
