Buccaneers' Louis Murphy done for season with torn ACL
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Louis Murphy has confirmed that he has a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the season.
Murphy exited early in the Buccaneers' Week 7 loss to Washington. He had seen one target on the day and 15 on the season prior to the injury.
It's not likely that this injury will have any fantasy implications. Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson have combined to see almost half of the team's targets in 2015, even with Evans having missed one game and Jackson missing a good chunk of Sunday's game. Murphy had racked up 12.51 Reception Net Expected Points on the year and will be entering his age-29 season next year.
