Michael Frolik is the first of the high-cost players who Vegas can possibly choose. He has been a journeyman throughout his career, and he won a Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks. With a cap hit of $4.3 million, Frolik will not only help Vegas reach its cap floor, but he will also give them a second-line forward capable of getting into the gritty areas and earning points for his team. Frolik has shown no shyness is going to the net, and his resilience has been shown through seasons where he scored 21, 15 and 19 goals, respectively.
