Tavares is the center on the first line for the Islanders, while Leddy is on the top defensive pairing. And they play together on the team's top power play line as well.

The Islanders are up against the Jets tonight, and that's always a matchup that's going to be in play for daily fantasy. The Jets rank 27th in penalty kill percentage, and are also giving up a league-high 3.71 power play opportunities per game. The Islanders are an above-average power play team, ranking 11th, making them very appealing to stack.

Tavares and Leddy play big roles in the Islanders' power play, with the pair tied for second on the team with 15 power play points each on the season. Leddy leads Islander defensemen in both Power Play goals and assists, and Tavares leads the team in goals, shots on goal and points per game.

The Jets are starting Michael Hutchinson in net tonight, which is good news for Islanders players. Hutchinson is sporting a .906 Save Percentage and 2.95 Goals Against Average on the year, and those numbers don't look likely to improve tonight.
