NHL Daily Fantasy Helper: Monday 11/25/19
A good chunk of you played daily fantasy football this year, and I'd be willing to bet a significant portion of you have also tried out daily fantasy basketball and baseball. But hockey? Hockey?

Our analysis and projections can help you win. To help, let's take a look at some goalies, high-priced skaters, and lower-priced players to target for today's slate.
Goalie to Target
Andrei Vasilevskiy ($8,700): The Tampa Bay Lightning goalie is projected to face off against the Buffalo Sabres on Monday night. Tampa sees a Buffalo team that played on Sunday night against the Florida Panthers. The good news for Vasilevskiy owners is that the goalie will face shots (71 in the last two games). Assuming that rate does not slow down much, the Lightning goaltender expects to be moderately-owned tonight. Other goalies to ponder would include monitoring to see if Thomas Greiss plays tonight, or even Carter Hart ($7,400), as the Philadelphia Flyers have a solid matchup against the Vancouver Canucks.
High-Priced Skaters
Jack Eichel ($8,000): Eichel continues to impress after a three-point performance in Florida on Sunday night. The Buffalo center now has points in five straight games since being told to "shoot more." Though, someone may have to tell him again as he has as many scoring chances as shots in the last two games (four). Tampa Bay is one of those teams that yields a lot of shots (33.8, which is fourth-worst in the NHL). Tampa Bay also yields 3.3 goals per game and has a penalty kill (80%) bordering on the bottom-third of the league. Evgeni Malkin ($8,600) is in a plus-matchup against a Calgary Flames team that is vulnerable and can give up four goals with ease.
Nikita Kucherov ($8,200): Kucherov has had a lot of stops and starts with injuries and some inconsistency this year, but looked a little like his old self against the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday. He had a goal and an assist in 15 minutes of ice time, along with several scoring chances. There was some concern he would not even play after sitting out on Thursday, but Kucherov did. Expect him to play more minutes tonight against a Sabres team with a road penalty kill of just 72% on the season. Artemi Panarin ($8,400) has to be considered tonight against the Minnesota Wild as four of his last five games have seen him top 23+ FanDuel points.
Value Skaters
Calle Jarnkrok ($3,800): Nashville is not dull offensively, and depth players like Jarnkrok are a big reason why. He bounced back from a lengthy scoring drought with three real-world points in his last two games with ten shots on goal. Nashville's downturn of late has created a nice buy-low market for most of their players. A back-end of a home-and-home could prove to be another good setup for the winger. Tyler Ennis ($3,600) is another GPP play on Monday against a Columbus Blue Jackets team that plays a little loose defensively at home.
Adam Fox ($3,800): Fox provides much risk but can reward as well. He is only averaging about a point every other game, but he does average 1.6 shots and just over a block per game. This is despite mostly bottom-defensemen time on ice. The last two games have seen him play over 19 minutes per game, and he has 8 shots on 13 attempts. Hopefully, the uptick in minutes continue for the defenseman.
