Why He Will Go Overlooked:

DJ LeMahieu faces Shelby Miller at Chase Field, and Jose Altuve gets to hit against a lefty, which should be the two chalk plays on the slate. As a result, the Tampa Bay Rays' utility-knife, Nick Franklin, will be ignored on Monday night.

Why You Should Use Him:

Franklin has posted nice power numbers in 2016, logging a .210 ISO in 154 plate appearances this season, and the Rays will take hacks against Francisco Liriano, who has posted a 4.59 SIERA in 2016.

In the second half of this year, Liriano has allowed a whopping 26.5% of fly balls to leave the yard and a hard-hit rate of 37.3%. While the home run to fly ball rate is abnormally high, for the season, Liriano has seen 20% of all fly balls of right-handed bats leave the park.

Franklin makes a sneaky under-the-radar option on the slate.
