Hector Santiago, SP, Minnesota Twins

FanDuel Price: $7,400

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Two expensive aces populate Tuesday's main slate, and both are in nice spots and should see high ownership. Max Scherzer and his 47.2-fantasy-points-per-game average will take on the Baltimore Orioles, who are pretty strikeout-happy (22.0%), and Carlos Carrasco takes on the anemic Toronto Blue Jays offense, which checks in 27th in team wOBA at .292.

A pleasant surprise so far in 2017 has been the performance of left-handed starter Hector Santiago -- he's posted a 3-1 record and 2.78 ERA. But facing the Chicago White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Park presents some challenges as Chicago's home turf ranks ninth in home run factor over the last three seasons.

Why You Should Use Him:

Part of Santiago's 2017 success has been his ability to cut down on his walk rate. Santiago has posted a career 10.1% walk rate, but he has cut that rate down to 7.5% so far in 2017.

And while his 4.75 SIERA shows he's maybe been a bit lucky this season, despite a challenging park, he's facing a White Sox offense that has really struggled. As a team, their .294 wOBA ranks 25th in baseball, and they're 27th in runs scored.

Santiago's averaged 30.5 FanDuel points per game so far in six starts, and he fired a gem once already this season against the Sox. Look for Santiago to keep rolling Tuesday evening,
