Conor Gillaspie, 3B, San Francisco Giants

Going back to the Giants' matchup with Cincinnati quadragenarian Bronson Arroyo, Conor Gillaspie and his minimum salary gives you a ton of flexibility in building your lineup.

Gillaspie is off to a rough start, but he has generally been pretty competent against right-handed pitching, having posted a .322 wOBA on a 33.8% hard-hit rate last season.

Arroyo has been particularly bad against left-handed sticks in his major league career -- allowing a .354 wOBA with a 4.80 xFIP -- and at this point, the list of left-handed hitters I wouldn't play for minimum salary against him is significantly shorter than the list of ones that I would.
