Phillips was absolutely raking at the Triple-A level this year, posting a .404 wOBA and .291 isolated slugging (ISO) through 49 games (198 plate appearances).

The Brewers boast a 4.78 implied total in a matchup with San Francisco Giants righty Matt Cain, who has struggled in 2017, posting a 5.17 SIERA through 11 starts, with an especially poor 5.56 xFIP against left-handed sticks.
