Danny Salazar is slated to come off the disabled list, and gets an ideal first opponent in the rebuilding Chicago White Sox. The Sox have a 3.71 implied team total.

While that's all well and good, the sad truth is that Salazar will be on a very limited pitch count. He only threw 23 pitches in a simulated game on Saturday, and while it went well, that's hardly a heavy workload, and manager Terry Francona himself said that they "won't go too long with him."

This is likely to end up as a bullpen game than anything else, and Salazar is a poor bet to go deep enough to be eligible for the win, let alone a quality start.
