Jake Marisnick is not a lock to suit up tonight, so make sure to double-check his status later in the day. He is expected to return to the lineup "early this week" against the Seattle Mariners.

If that return does come today, he's in a great spot, as the Houston Astros have a 5.21 implied total against Mariners lefty Ariel Miranda. Miranda sports a 5.37 xFIP, and is allowing a 32.7% hard-hit rate and a huge 56.0% fly-ball rate to right-handed hitters in 2017.

Marisnick is having a solid year from the dish, with a .347 wOBA and .259 ISO on a 29.1% hard-hit rate and 47.8% fly-ball rate, and is more than capable of capitalizing on this matchup.
