We go right back to the Arizona offense here, which boasts a top-five implied total (4.94) on tonight's slate. Most of Jon Jay's starts have come out of the leadoff spot this year, and that role gives his fantasy value a nice boost in a matchup as favorable as this one.

DeSclafani has been an absolute mess against left-handed bats in 2018, getting throttled for a .410 wOBA and 5.36 xFIP, and even a middling lefty can be expected to produce well against him.

That bodes well for Jay, whose numbers can't be described as much better than middling. He has a .321 wOBA on a 37.6% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching this season, and hitting leadoff against DeSclafani should allow him to produce fantasy numbers that out-shine his usual production.
