Friday's main slate jumps to 12 games tonight, granting us a bevy of appealing hitting spots. The Red Sox check in with a slate-high 6.00 implied team total, while the Yankees, Athletics, and Rangers are hold totals north of 5.00 runs. With a number of other teams settling in around the mid-4.00s, top-of-the-line pitching isn't quite as plentiful this evening, but we still have a range of solid options on that front.

Carlos Carrasco ($10,500 on FanDuel): Carlos Carrasco often seems to be the forgotten man when it comes to discussing the top pitchers in baseball, but there's no denying his fantastic numbers the last couple seasons. Last year, Carrasco posted a stellar 3.03 SIERA, 29.5% strikeout rate, and 5.5% walk rate, and while he may have an ugly 7.71 ERA through two starts, he racked up 12 punchouts in his most recent outing, and a 2.81 SIERA suggests we have little to worry about. He draws a favorable matchup against the Royals, who hold a slate-low 3.42 implied total, and have an active roster that posted a 94 wRC+ and 23.0% strikeout rate versus righties in 2018. For it's worth, Carrasco has also tallied a better road ERA in each of the past four seasons.
