4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Stacks for 7/24/19

We drop down to eight games on Wednesday's main slate, but we still get some solid stacking options tonight, with a healthy nine teams showing implied totals of 4.60 or better, including five teams jumping well over the 5.00 mark.

Each day here on numberFire, we'll go through four offenses ripe for the stacking. They could have a great matchup, be in a great park, or just have a lot of quality sticks in the lineup, but these are the offenses primed for big days that you may want a piece of.

Washington Nationals

The Washington Nationals are in the limelight once again, this time enjoying a slate-best 5.92 implied total in a juicy matchup against left-hander Kyle Freeland.

There's little that's gone well for Freeland in 2019, as he's displaying a poor 5.12 SIERA while allowing a 43.1% hard-hit rate and 36.3% fly-ball rate. Toss in lackluster marks in strikeout rate (18.5%) and walk rate (9.0%), and it's easy to see why this has been a down year.

As one might expect, he's really struggled at Coors Field in particular (9.55 ERA), but he hasn't had much success on the road, either (5.77 ERA), and his road FIP (5.61) and xFIP (4.88) both fall in line with that poor ERA.

Anthony Rendon ($4,200) has crushed lefties for a .321 ISO this season, while cheaper guys like Brian Dozier ($2,700), Howie Kendrick ($2,300), and Victor Robles ($3,100) will also enjoy the platoon advantage at affordable pricing. Trea Turner ($3,900) hit for the cycle last night and always bring tantalizing upside as a power/speed combo.

Lefty Juan Soto ($3,800) has maintained some solid pop in same-sided matchups since his debut last season (.229 ISO), so he might be worth including if you're making multiple lineups as well.
