On that note, let's highlight some of the top options for today's FanDuel main slate.
Pitchers to Target
High-Priced Pitcher
Gerrit Cole ($12,100 on FanDuel): Much like yesterday with Justin Verlander, Gerrit Cole is far and away the most talented arm on the board and also the most expensive. The good news is there's no Coors Field to contend with on tonight's 10-game slate, though, making it a little easier to pony up for this exorbitant price tag. High salary or not, there's no denying what a magnificent season Cole has enjoyed, producing a 2.69 SIERA, 39.4% strikeout rate, and 6.1% walk rate over 30 starts. He's been on a ridiculous roll to end the season, too, posting over 60 FanDuel points in four of the last five starts. Good luck to the opposing Rangers, who have a slate-low 2.79 implied total tonight.
