Scott Kingery placed on Phillies' COVID-19 injury list
Philadelphia Phillies infielder Scott Kingery has been placed on the team's COVID-19 injured list, along with three other teammates.
This list is designated for players who have tested positive, shown symptoms or simply come into contact with someone who tested positive. So while we don't exactly know what Kingery's official status is, it's probably safe to say that he'll be sidelined for at least the first couple weeks of Spring Training. Expect utility men Logan Forsythe, Josh Harrison and Neil Walker to get some extra work early on in Phillies camp.
Our models currently project Kingery for a .244 batting average, 7 home runs, 21 RBI, 6 stolen bases, 22 runs and a .730 OPS.
