16. Golden State Warriors

You might expect the super-team Golden State Warriors to be higher given their recent success in utilizing a high-paced style of efficient play. However, over the entirety of 16 seasons, the Warriors' composite of 74 sits within the third of basically five tiers of the NBA franchises.

As I alluded to, Golden State is first in pace thanks in large part to the last 10 seasons. The same can be said for their offensive prowess, since they are seventh in both offensive rating and effective field goal percentage (49.83%).

What has prevented them from breaking into the top 10 -- or even 15 -- is their defense, as they rank 28th in defensive rating.
