Houston Rockets forward Marquese Chriss (ankle) is considered doubtful to play in Wednesday's season opener.
Chriss is dealing with a sprained ankle is likely to sit out the first couple of games this season. The former Phoenix Sun is expected to serve a backup role behind starter P.J. Tucker at power forward this season.
