Nobody questions Amari Cooper's ability, but we should pump the brakes a bit. Who else is overhyped?

Hype is why we can't have nice things in fantasy football.

It causes under-the-radar players to skyrocket up draft boards, ruining their value and making someone who was once appealing because of their low cost a headache to figure out.

It makes us think that some players are better off than they really are, and it causes FoMO like no other.

It makes us do dumb things, and on a very related note, it makes us draft Justin Hunter.

Hype is why expectations are high for some players and not others, and this year is no different. There are plenty of overhyped players being taken inside the first eight rounds in points-per-reception (PPR) drafts, according to Fantasy Football Calculator, but these are 10 of the most obvious ones.
