8 NFL FanDuel Studs to Target in Week 7
As is the case when playing any sport on FanDuel, it’s imperative to hit on the high-priced players in your lineup. They require a big chunk of your salary, and when paying up for them, you shouldn’t have to worry about them letting your team down.
With this being a weekly article, we’ll start off by looking back at the previous week’s studs to see how we did. The goal is to hit on all of the studs, but it’s very important to look at any misses in order to learn from the experience and adapt our strategy moving forward.
Six of our eight studs in Week 6 finished among the top 12 in FanDuel points at their position. They included David Johnson, who had the most FanDuel points of any player, the top tight end in Rob Gronkowski, and two top-six quarterbacks in Cam Newton and Tom Brady.
Unfortunately, the wide receivers were a disappointment, with both Antonio Brown and Allen Robinson finishing with single-digit FanDuel points. Brown's weak performance was partially due to Ben Roethlisberger's injury but was still much worse than we expected.
Moving on to Week 7, here are eight studs who should prove to be worthy of their high price tag.
