Ryan leads all quarterbacks in Total NEP, is tied for the league lead with 30 passing touchdowns on the season and has thrown multiple scores in 9 of 13 games. The 49ers have allowed seven quarterbacks to clear 20-plus DK points against them. Ryan will likely make that eight after this week.

Mid-Cost Option: Philip Rivers ($6,200)

In his Week 5 matchup with the Oakland Raiders, Philip Rivers threw for 365 passing yards and 4 touchdowns. Vegas originally opened this game with a 51-point total, but we've seen that decline to a current 49-point total. The Raiders have allowed the 7th-most passing yards and rank 21st in Football-Outsiders' Pass DVOA (Defense-adjusted Value Over Average).

They've allowed multiple touchdown performances to 7 of the 13 quarterbacks they've faced this season. Rivers has thrown multiple touchdowns in six straight, making him an affordable cash game play with a relatively high floor.

Low-Cost Option: Colin Kaepernick ($5,800)

Colin Kaepernick is a player worth heavily targeting this week.

He’s playing in the highest projected scoring game of the week (51-point game total) as a 14-point underdog. The Atlanta Falcons rank top-three in most completions, passing yards, passing touchdowns, and fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. They rank bottom-10 in our schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing NEP metric.

Opposing offenses are converting 75.5 percent of red zone opportunities against Atlanta into touchdowns -- highest rate in the league. Prior to his Week 13 benching, Kaepernick was averaging 23.6 DK points per game and averaging over 60-plus rushing yards per game.
