They face a winless Browns offense that has allowed 12 more sacks than the next-highest team and is led by Robert Griffin III, who has been sacked 11 times in 3 games, thrown 2 interceptions, and fumbled twice.

Most fantasy owners won't think to use a waiver claim on a defense, but if you are set at all the other positions, using yours on what could easily be the highest-scoring defense in Week 16 could turn out to be a wise investment.
