Start Jacquizz Rodgers as a Favorite

If you have never played daily fantasy football on FanDuel in Week 17, you are in for a treat. Many starters who are fighting nagging injuries will forego the finale to get healthy. This weekend, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without two starting running backs, Doug Martin and Charles Sims.

This opens the door for Jacquizz Rodgers. Rodgers played as the starter for a few games this season, notching 35, 27, and 20 touches in those starts.

Tampa is favored by five points against the Carolina Panthers, and Rodgers racked up 101 rushing yards against them earlier this season.

A five-point spread indicates the Bucs should be leading often, which should segue into more carries for Quizz.

The most obvious reason to love him is his price on FanDuel. He is severely underpriced at $5,200, which is 41st among running backs, making him a safe option in cash games and tournaments.
