2. Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons

The 100 rating for Matt Ryan was obvious at this point, given Hogan's perfect score, but Ryan was just ridiculous against the Green Bay Packers.

He completed 27 of 38 passes for 392 yards and 4 touchdowns. That totaled 33.98 Passing NEP. No other player secured more than 27.95 Passing NEP in a single game this season (which also happened to be done by Ryan in Week 4).

And that's before we even tack on his rushing. Ryan had 3 carries for 23 yards and a touchdown, totaling "just" 1.53 Rushing NEP, but that ranked him third in the entire week.
