7 NFL FanDuel Bargains for Week 4
Chris Thompson, RB, Washington
Price: $5,800
While Chris Thompson's absurd touchdown rate (4 scores on 27 touches) is not likely to be sustainable, he's still getting plenty of touches...and he's still nice and cheap.
Thompson's 43% share of the Washington offensive snaps isn't huge, but it's a team-high. He's getting a goodly number of opportunities when on the field, however, averaging 4.7 carries and 6.3 targets per game. He has been a top-5 scorer at running back in both Weeks 2 and 3 after finishing as a still-strong RB14 in Week 1.
The Kansas City Chiefs defense ranks in the middle of the pack against the run (14th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play) and below-average against the pass (20th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play), so Thompson should be able to produce well if the opportunities are still there.
