Fantasy Football: 4 Things We Learned From Week 12
The Cowboys Are the New Browns
The Dallas Cowboys have completely fallen apart over the past few weeks without Ezekiel Elliott. That's not to say his absence is the sole reason for their collapse, but it certainly plays a part.
It's been real bad for the Cowboys, but it's been great for D/ST's in fantasy football. Defenses facing the Cowboys in the last three weeks have finished first, fourth and first in weekly scoring, scoring 16, 22, and 19 fantasy points, respectively. That's absurd.
Remember in 2016 -- or even this year -- when you could play any defense against the Cleveland Browns? That's pretty much where the Cowboys are at right now. They've given up 14 sacks over the last three weeks and just lost their starting right guard, giving opposing defenses a safe floor.
With the rate Dak Prescott is throwing interceptions -- five in the last two weeks -- you can almost count on the Washington D/ST finishing near the top of the leaderboards in Week 13.
