Foles came through in big way in Week 15, torching the New York Giants for 237 yards and 4 touchdowns in his first start of the season. Foles was the QB4 last week, and he's in another juicy spot this week as the Philadelphia Eagles host the Oakland Raiders.

Per our schedule-adjusted metrics, Oakland ranks 31st in both overall defense and pass defense. The Eagles are 9.0-point favorites with a 28.0-point implied total, the second-biggest of the week.
