When streaming defenses, there's often a few teams we're looking to target, and the Cleveland Browns have been a pretty good team to bet against this season. In Week 16, the Browns will be on the road to face the Chicago Bears, a team that has been a top-12 fantasy defense in three consecutive weeks.

DeShone Kizer's rocky rookie year continued last week against the Baltimore Ravens as Kizer had three turnovers and was sacked twice. The Ravens' D went on to finish the week as the top-scoring unit. On the season, Kizer has thrown the most interceptions (19) of any quarterback, and he's also taken the 10th-most sacks (31).

In Chicago, Kizer will face off against a Bears team coming off a four-sack game against Matthew Stafford. Over the past three weeks, the Bears' defense has recorded nine sacks and forced three turnovers.

Vegas has the Bears listed as a 6.5-point favorite in this matchup, and Chicago should be able to make it four straight weeks that they've finished inside the top-12 of weekly scoring.
