9. Anthony Miller, Memphis Tigers

Anthony Miller accounted for 40% of the Memphis Tigers' receiving yards in 5 of 13 games (38.5%) but didn't have a 50% receiving market share in any of those 13 -- though he got close plenty of times.

Playing for Memphis, Miller had just three chances against opponents inside the top 65 in pass defense S&P+, two of which came against the Central Florida Knights (27th). In September, Miller had just 3 catches for 37 yards against them on the road, but in the December 2nd rematch, he hung 195 yards, 14 catches, and 3 scores on them (41.4% of Memphis' receiving yards).

His other top-65 opponent by pass defense was UCLA in mid-September. Miller produced a 9-catch, 185-yard, 2-touchdown stat line, 46.5% of his team's receiving.

In all, the 5'9", 190-pound wideout accounted for 18 of Memphis' 39 passing touchdowns and a 31.4% target market share in 2017.
