15) Marquise Goodwin - San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers' Marquise Goodwin is currently being drafted behind teammate Pierre Garcon. Goodwin had his best year as a pro in 2017, benefiting from an injured Garcon, but will now see an entire season of competent quarterback play from Jimmy Garoppolo. While Garcon should be the favorite for targets, Goodwin's speed could make him a dangerous big-play threat in this offense. Garoppolo is due for positive touchdown regression in 2018, and Goodwin could be a beneficiary.
14) Rishard Matthews - Tennessee Titans

Rishard Matthews is one of the more underappreciated commodities in fantasy football. However, his bullish ranking here has more to do with confidence in a bounceback for the Tennessee Titans' offense. Corey Davis should lead the way alongside tight end Delanie Walker, but Matthews has historically been a strong touchdown scorer. If he can fend off Taywan Taylor, Matthews' presence in two-wide sets should make him a value in fantasy drafts as a strong floor play with reasonable touchdown upside. He makes a lot of sense at his current cost.
13) Josh Doctson - Washington

With teammate Jamison Crowder leading the way in average draft position, Josh Doctson is a dark horse for massive upside in 2018. Washington had a failed experiment in 2017 with Terrelle Pryor but eventually began force-feeding Doctson late in the year. Doctson averaged 7.0 targets per game in the second half of the season and could see that total rise in 2018. It is clear that Jay Gruden likes Doctson as a red-zone specialist. If newcomers Alex Smith and Derrius Guice can keep the offense on schedule, there should be more scoring opportunities for Doctson in 2018.
12) Cooper Kupp - Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams broke out in a big way in 2017 under new coach Sean McVay. Jared Goff looked the part of a top-two pick after a disastrous rookie year, and he helped elevate the play of the entire Rams' offense. Cooper Kupp capitalized en route to 62 catches, 869 yards and 5 scores. I like him to repeat (almost identically) that line in 2018 despite the addition of Brandin Cooks and departure of Sammy Watkins. Kupp likely has done enough to carve out a defined role in a very interesting offense.
11) Julian Edelman - New England Patriots

Julian Edelman would be much higher on this list if not for his four-game suspension to begin the season. Edelman is a target hog but now has both a suspension and a season-ending injury on his resume. The New England Patriots' offense is probably the most stable unit in the NFL, and Edelman should resume his old role immediately upon returning. Usually pacing between 90 and 100 catches, Edelman may get close to 70 receptions in his truncated season.
