Blake Bortles is coming off a QB10 fantasy finish in Week 4, when he notched 24.3 fantasy points against the New York Jets. That was already the second top-10 finish of the year for Bortles, who was QB4 when he dropped 32.5 points against New England.

Despite his strong start to the fantasy season, Bortles is only the 15th-most expensive quarterback on this week's main slate. If he had a bad matchup, maybe that would make some sense, but this week we've got the season's QB12 taking on a Kansas City Chiefs team that has allowed the 5th-most fantasy points per game to the position.

The Chiefs also rank bottom-five in numberFire's Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play metric, meaning they've been a similarly good real-world matchup.

It comes as little surprise that numberFire's models project Bortles as the best point-per-dollar value of any quarterback priced under $7,500, and the second-best value passer overall.
