Frank Gore, RB, Miami Dolphins

Price: $5,600

Just looking at the main slate, Frank Gore is our top-projected point-per-dollar value of any running back priced below $6,000 this week.

Gore has not been an exciting fantasy option this year, but the love he's getting from the Miami Dolphins has certainly made him viable.

He has played 42% of Miami's offensive snaps this year, compared to 59% for Kenyan Drake. Since Week 4, Gore has only played fewer than 40% of the team's offensive snaps once, and has topped 50% (also out-snapping Drake) three times.

Gore has double-digit carries in each of his last seven games, with at least 14 opportunities in all but two of those. In that time he has averaged 14.9 opportunities and 8.4 FanDuel points per game. That fantasy production isn't anything to write home about, but even in an inefficient offense, pushing 15 opportunities is big for value.

He could also see a huge boost in value if the Dolphins are without Drake, who made an early exit due to injury in Week 11, as that would leave him as the clear lead back this week against and Indianapolis Colts team that has given up middle-of-the-pack fantasy production, sitting 16th in fantasy points per game allowed to running backs.

If Drake does play, he's only priced at $5,500 and he makes for a solid value option as well. Plus, his big edge in efficiency would give him a better ceiling than Gore.
