8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 14
Jordy Nelson, WR, Oakland Raiders
As I already mentioned, the Raiders should have plenty of passing volume to go around this week with the Steelers favored by double-digit points. They may not offer much efficiency against a Pittsburgh pass defense that we have ranked 10th in the NFL, but volume is the most important factor in fantasy football.
Jordy Nelson only saw 1 target in his return from injury in Week 12, but he bounced back in a big way last week, racking up 10 receptions and 97 yards on 11 targets. That was a season-high, but also his third time seeing at least eight targets in a game this season.
Those 11 targets are tied with Amari Cooper's Week 4 total for the most a Raiders wideout has seen in a game this season. Nelson now accounts for half of the instances of an Oakland wide receiver seeing eight or more targets in a game.
