Karlos Williams ($6,300)

Karlos Williams is the definitive chalk play this week.

LeSean McCoy is doubtful to play for the Bills this weekend, meaning Williams will get the lion's share of the carries, and we can expect him to do serious work with them. He leads the NFL in Rushing NEP, with a 14.97 mark that more than doubles the next best running back: Dion Lewis, who boasts a 6.89.

Williams owns an absurd 7.8 yards per carry on 24 touches, and his performance is starting to create some debate over who the best running back in Buffalo is.

The Bills are also the most run-heavy team in the league so far, with a 0.89 pass-to-run ratio, and as 5.5-point favorites over the New York Giants this week, there's no reason to believe that trend won't continue.
