Kansas City's Sammy Watkins (hamstring) ruled out for Week 9's contest against Carolina
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) will not play in Week 9's contest against the Carolina Panthers.
Watkins will miss his fourth straight game with a hamstring injury originally suffered in Week 5. In an average matchup against numberFire's 13th ranked pass defense, expect Mecole Hardman and Demarcus Robinson to play increased roles.
In last week's victory, Robinson was on the field for 55% of Kansas City's offensive snaps and saw five targets while Hardman logged a 68% snap rate with nine targets.
