Steelers' Diontae Johnson (hamstring) determined to play Week 7
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson (hamstring, injured reserve) said he will play Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Johnson would be eligible to return from injured reserve in Week 6 if the Steelers weren't on their bye, but he will have to wait another week for game action. His return should help out Kenny Pickett and what has been a miserable Pittsburgh offense.
Johnson played 26 snaps in the opener before injuring his hamstring and caught 3 passes on 6 targets for 48 yards. The Steelers have the 20th-ranked adjusted pass offense in the NFL, according to numberFire's metrics.
