Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (toe) is available for Week 9's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
As expected based on reports earlier today, Hopkins has been upgraded from questionable to available and will play against the Steelers. Our models expect him to see 8.4 targets from Will Levis on Thursday.
