Jets' Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) designated to return from IR
New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) has been designated to return from injured reserve.
Less than three months after tearing his Achilles, Rodgers has been designated to return from injured reserve. Starting today, his 21-day window to be promoted to the active roster is open. Assuming the Jets elect to use all of that time, Rodgers could be on the active roster for Week 16's game against the Washington Commanders. A player returning from this injury this quickly is largely unprecedented, so there is a high degree of uncertainty around when, and if Rodgers will return. Stay tuned.
The Jets are 3.0-point underdogs against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13. Their implied team total of 15.50 points is the second-lowest team total on Sunday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map.
