Michael Floyd expected to make Vikings' 53-man roster
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Michael Floyd is expected to make the team's 53-man roster, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune's Matt Vensel.
Days before his house arrest was set to end, Floyd was found to have consumed alcohol and, therefore, was sentenced to one day in jail for violating his probation. All the same, the Vikings have stuck behind Floyd's claim that the alcohol came in the form of Kombucha tea, which he did not know contained alcohol.
Floyd is projected for 223 receiving yards and a single touchdown this upcoming season, according to our models. Those numbers would place him fourth among Vikings receivers.
