10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets Heading Into Week 16
Nick Foles, QB, Philadelphia Eagles

I touched on this last week, but Nick Foles really hasn't been as bad over his career as you may remember.
His most recent season as a starter with the Rams was ugly, but over the four NFL seasons in which he saw significant playing time (dropping back at least 200 times) he had some reasonable numbers, posting a 0.04 Passing Net Expected Points per drop back and 6.32 adjusted net yards per attempt. For context, that Passing NEP mark would have put him 23rd among the 40 quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs heading into Week 15, and his adjusted net yards per attempt would have ranked 17th.
In Week 15, Foles showed that there's no need to worry about him being rusty. Despite being a couple years removed from NFL success, he's still got the ability to produce. He went 24 of 38 for 237 yards and 4 touchdowns, tallying 25.5 fantasy points and sitting as the week's QB3 through Sunday night.
He benefited from an incredibly soft matchup against the New York Giants, but things don't get much more difficult in Week 16 against a Raiders team that our metrics have ranked 31st against the pass.
