AFC West
Denver Broncos - Should Freeman Watch Out?
Quarterback: Case Keenum (100%)
Running Backs: Phillip Lindsay (56%), Devontae Booker (44%)
Wide Receivers: Emmanuel Sanders (81%), Demaryius Thomas (71%), Courtland Sutton (67%), Tim Patrick (26%)
Tight Ends: Jeff Heuerman (86%), Matt LaCosse (37%)
Devontae Booker took over for an injured Royce Freeman this week, getting the RB2 workload behind Phillip Lindsay. The Broncos lost, but Booker did enough to put his name in the ring for more work going forward. He finished with 78 rushing yards on just nine carries. That output topped Freeman's best of 71 yards in Week 1, and Booker added four receptions to boot. Freeman has four combined catches all season. If he's not on a team in your league, he's worth an add at least until Freeman is back. As mentioned above, Demaryius Thomas has been traded to the Houston Texans. Courtland Sutton should see his role expand significantly, and gets a huge boost in fantasy football value.
Kansas City Chiefs - Steady as it Goes
Quarterback: Patrick Mahomes (100%)
Running Backs: Kareem Hunt (84%), Spencer Ware (16%)
Wide Receivers: Sammy Watkins (95%), Tyreek Hill (83%), Chris Conley (52%), Demarcus Robinson (34%)
Tight Ends: Travis Kelce (95%), Demetrius Harris (34%)
There aren't many surprises in this monster offense. All of the big names continue to stay healthy and dominate on the field. Demarcus Robinson, Chris Conley, and Spencer Ware could all be worth an add in the future if injuries arise (Ware should probably be on your team anyways if you have Hunt and have the roster space), but until then, there is nothing to see here.
Los Angeles Chargers - Bye Week
Oakland Raiders - No Targets for Bryant
Quarterback: Derek Carr (100%)
Running Backs: Doug Martin (56%), Jalen Richard (44%)
Wide Receivers: Brandon LaFell (92%), Jordy Nelson (90%), Seth Roberts (60%) Martavis Bryant (14%)
Tight Ends: Jared Cook (62%), Lee Smith (30%), Derek Carrier (24%)
With Amari Cooper now in Dallas, it was expected that Martavis Bryant would instantly see an increase in targets. He'd have to see the field in order to do that, however. Bryant played just 14% of the team's snaps. It was instead Brandon LaFell who saw the huge spike in workload against the Colts this week. He and Seth Roberts (who saw more than four times Bryant's playing time) found the end zone in the Raiders' loss this week, while Bryant didn't even manage a target. It's hard to trust this Gruden-led team, but the receiver to add here is LaFell, not Bryant.
